The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart and table provide information about the categories of library users at the university and their levels of satisfaction with different level of satisfaction in library.

Overall, full-time undergraduates shows the largest proportion of library users, while academic staff represented the smallest percentage. In terms of satisfaction, the helpfulness of staff received highest level of satisfaction, whereas the availability of journals had the lowest level of satisfaction.

According to the pie chart, full-time undergraduates made up the largest group of library users, at 44% and full-time postgraduate were the second largest category, which is 25%. Part-time postgraduate represented 16% of users, followed by distance learning accounted for 8% and academic staff made up smallest group of library users, at 7%.

On the other hand, the table shows that 95% of users were very satisfied with the helpfulness of library staff, while 5% were fairly satisfied and nobody was dissatisfied. Library opening hours also gained high satisfaction score, which is 65 and 35 were fairly satisfied. For availability of books accounted 50% of satisfied users and 40% of fairly satisfied, while unsatisfied were 10%. Relatively availability of journals and reliability of wi-fi made up almost similar similar satisfaction, which was 45% for journals and 48% for wi-fi, moreover for fairly users gained, 35% and 33% as well as 20% and 19% of unsatisfied users showed.
