The pie chart and table illustrates the results of a survey of library user at university. Overall, the pie chart shows the largest proportion is allocated to the full-time graduate students whereas the smallest share belongs to academic staff. Regarding the table, availability of journals and reliability of Wi-Fi receive the highest level of dissatisfaction whereas all the users are satisfied with the library opening hours and helpfulness of staff.
In the pie chart, full-time graduate students account for the largest proportion at 44% whereas academic staff represent the smallest group at 7%. Full-time postgraduates account for the 25% of library users while part-time postgraduate students make up 16% of library users. Distance learning students from all courses represent 8% of total.
In the table, library opening hours and helpfulness of staff receive no dissatisfaction in the survey. 95% of library users are very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff whereas 35% of users are fairly satisfied with library opening hours. Half of the library users are very satisfied with the availability of books whereas 20% and 19% of library users are not satisfied with availability of journals and reliability respectively.
