The pie chart illustrates categories of library users at university and the table depicts ratio of satisfaction of its users in a survey.
Overall, the library was mostly accessed by full-time undergraduates, while postgraduates, distance learners , and academic staff not often go to library. Also, readers were highly satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, in contrast, they were little satisfied with availability of books and not satisfied with availability of journals.
To begin, faculties and online learners were under 10% and listed as least proportion of library users. However, nearly 41% of postgraduate students access library. Moreover, nearly half of undergraduate students use library resources which was accounted for highest among all.
Furthermore, 65% of users were very satisfied with library opening hours and 35% was fairly satisfied. Most of people were too satisfied with staff and mere were fairly satisfied. Almost an equal amount of people were very satisfied and fairly satisfied about the availability of journals, meanwhile, 10% contradict them. In total, 80% of people were very satisfied and fairly satisfied with availability of journals and reliability of wi-fi. Nevertheless, 39% of users opposed that.
