Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

You have successfully identified the main features of both the chart and the table. You provided a clear overview and supported your points with relevant data. However, the response could be improved by making more direct comparisons between categories rather than simply listing them. For example, noting that full-time undergraduates are more than six times as numerous as academic staff would strengthen the analysis. Additionally, ensure that all data points are accurately transcribed; for instance, you mentioned '95% of users with very satisfied review' for staff helpfulness, but the data should be presented as a comparison of satisfaction levels across all categories to fully meet the 'comparisons where relevant' requirement.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The response is logically organized into clear paragraphs, with an introduction, an overview, and two body paragraphs focusing on the two distinct data sets. You use cohesive devices such as 'Moreover', 'To be specific', and 'Furthermore' to guide the reader. However, some transitions feel slightly mechanical, and the flow between sentences could be more natural. For instance, the transition between the user categories and the satisfaction levels could be smoother. Overall, the paragraphing is appropriate, and the progression of ideas is clear throughout the report.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'infographics', 'proportion', and 'dissatisfaction'. However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation. For example, 'full-time undergraduate holds 44% of total strength' is slightly unnatural; 'accounts for 44% of the total' would be better. Similarly, 'library opening time also get zero not satisfied review' is grammatically awkward. To reach a higher band, try to incorporate more precise academic collocations and ensure that your word forms are consistently accurate throughout the text.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are several grammatical errors that occur throughout the text. Examples include 'academic staff are least' (should be 'the least'), 'full-time graduate which covers' (incorrect relative clause usage), and 'for that who fairly satisfied' (incorrect pronoun usage). Additionally, there are minor issues with subject-verb agreement, such as 'library opening time also get' (should be 'gets'). While these errors do not impede communication, they are frequent enough to prevent a higher score in this criterion.
