Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response covers all parts of the task by summarizing the user categories and the satisfaction levels. You successfully identified the main features, such as the dominance of full-time undergraduates and the high satisfaction with staff. However, the analysis is somewhat mechanical, simply listing percentages rather than synthesizing the data effectively. For instance, you could have grouped the user categories by their relative sizes or contrasted the high satisfaction with staff against the specific areas of dissatisfaction more fluidly. The inclusion of 'details: library users 44% full time undergraduate' at the end is unnecessary and should be integrated into the main body paragraphs.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, with an introduction, an overview, and body paragraphs focusing on the two data sets. You use some cohesive devices like 'Moreover' and 'In table', though some transitions feel a bit forced or unnatural. The progression of ideas is generally clear, but the referencing is occasionally repetitive, such as the frequent use of 'in library' or 'of users'. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence would help the flow of information feel more professional and less like a list of facts.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

You have an adequate range of vocabulary to convey the information, but there are several spelling errors that detract from the quality, such as 'propotion' (proportion), 'disoppointed' (disappointed), and 'helfulness' (helpfulness). Additionally, some word choices are slightly awkward, such as 'outcomes of one survey' instead of 'results of a survey' and 'satisfactions for library facilities' instead of 'satisfaction with library facilities'. To reach a higher band, you should focus on accurate spelling and more precise collocations, such as 'the majority of users' rather than 'the highest propotion of users'.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The response uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors. Examples include 'accounted for higher number' (missing an article), 'afterward, fulll-time postgraduate students are members' (incorrect tense and punctuation), and 'The 95% of members' (incorrect use of the definite article). While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding the data, they are frequent enough to impact the overall fluency. You should pay closer attention to subject-verb agreement and the correct use of articles to improve your accuracy.
