The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)
The pie chart illustrates the results of a survey of five different categories of library users in percentage and the table illustrates the library user satisfaction, in percentage.
Overall, full-time undergraduate students are largest group of library user, while academic staff are smallest group library user.
Around 44% users of library are full-time undergraduate students. 25% users are full-time postgraduate and only 8% are distance learning (all courses). Part-time postgraduate students are 16% and academic staff are lowest users of library, at just 7%.
Most of library users are very satisfied with helpfulness of staff. In contrast, some users are dissatisfied with availability of journals.
65% users were very satisfied, 35% fairly satisfied and 0% dissatisfied with library opening hours. In helpfulness of staff, 95% were very satisfied, 5% were fairly satisfied and no body is dissatisfied. With the availability of books , 50% users were very satisfied, 40% were fairly satisfied and 10% non satisfied.
