The pi chart and the table illustrates the outcomes of a survey of library users at a university
Overall, we can see that most of the library users, about 69%, are full-time undergraduates and full-time postgraduates. 95% of the library users are very satisfied with the helpfulness of the staff working there. Availability of journals is where most of them are unsatisfied.
The pi chart shows the categories of library users. 44% of the library users are full-time undergraduates. It is the highest number on the chart. Full-time postgraduates and part-time postgraduates covers 25% and 16% of the chart respectively. The academic staff covers the least. It's 7% of the all users and the remaining 8% is distance learning (all courses).
The table depicts the contentment of the library users with different aspects of the library. there is not even a single person who is not satisfied with the library opening hours and the helpfulness of staff. Availability of books and journals is where the 10% and 20% users are unsatisfied respectively. Reliability of wi-fi is where 19% are not satisfied and 48% being satisfied and the rest rate it fairly.
