The pie chart and table illustrate the result of a survey of library visitors at a university.
Overall, one the first hand pie chat given information of categories of library user. The most undergraduate students like to visit library and a minimum number of academic staff like to visit library, however on the other hand table show the user satisfaction almost 95% people consider helpful staff and 40% of people dissatisfaction with book availability.
One the first hand, a huge number of full-time undergraduate student like visit library the percentage is 44% and 25% of the students of full time postgraduate goes to library and the ratio of part time postgraduate students is 16%, 8% of distance learner like to visit to library ant the academic staff are the least frequent user of library the ratio is 7%.
On the other side, table show library user reviews how many percent people are satisfied with given facilities, Most people give a positive review for staff 95% of people find them very helpful and 5% people fairly satisfied, library opening hours is on second number 65% people very satisfied and 35% peoples are fairly satisfied with library opening hours, 50% individual find their related book and 40% of peoples not found all types of books however 10% of people not satisfied with book availability, 45% of people satisfied with the availability of journals and 35% not fully satisfied and 20% people not satisfied about journals.
At last, 48% people think wifi service is good 33% people not fully satisfied with these argue and 19% of peoples not satisfied with wifi availability.
