The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Categories of library users
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The charts illustrate the information of library user at university where it is categories in two different way one is for the categories of library users while other shows the individuals satisfaction level.
Overall , full time undergraduate students used library in majority while university staff are the least recorded readers. Furthermore, availability of library staff satisfied every readers but the availability of journals in library the readers are not satisfied by the given books.
The full time undergraduate recorded the majority use of library at 44% , while similar full time postgraduate are the second highest readers at 25% the least reader are distance learning and academic staff at 8% and 7% respectively.
On other hand, most of the readers are satisfied with the staff members present in library at 95% but there are some readers who are fairly satisfied with at 5%. Moreover , availability of journals books in library where readers are not satisfied which recorded as 20%
