The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given chart depicts the categories of library users and the table illustrates the satisfaction level of users.

Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the full-time undergraduate students use library frequently. However, the academic staff prefer it less. Then, students are very satisfied with friendly staff , whereas some users are fairly satisfy with availability of books.

To commence with, 7% and 8% individuals from academic staff and distance learning are liked library. Moreover, part-time postgraduate and full-time postgraduates students are accounted for 16% and 25% respectively, who prefer library for different purposes. In addition, around 44% full-time undergraduates are like to use library.

Following this, 95% students are satisfied with helpfulness of staff, then 5% are reported for fairly satisfied and none are not satisfied. Furthermore 65% and 48% students like the facilities of Library opening hours and reliability of wifi, therefore 35% and 33% are regarded as fairly satisfied. No one dissatisfied with timing and 19% scholars are not satisfied with internet connection. Nextly, 50% and 45% students are feel satisfied with availability of books and journals, then 40% and 35% are regarded for averaged satisfaction, lastly 10% and 20% are accounted for dissatisfaction.
