The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart and table illustrates the results of a Questionnaire survey of library, typically six categories of library users at a university.

Overall, full time undergraduate accounted for the highest in the pie chart of library users and academic staff shared the lowest proportion. Similarly,in the table chart the helpfulness of staff make up the largest number of users very satisfied. Conversely, availability of journals experienced lowest users which are very satisfied.

The full time undergraduate shared the highest number of library users which is 44 percent. Moreover, four times double to distance learning which is 8 percent. Post-time postgraduate make up about 25 percent which is three times double to academic staff which is 7 percent. Part-time postgraduate share around 16 percent.

Helpfulness of staff represents the the highest library user satisfaction about 95 percent people and 5 percent are fairly satisfied and 0 percent are about not satisfied. Availability of books followed by reliability of wi-fi almost share the same number of users very satisfied which is 50 percent and 48 percent, similarly, fairly satisfied and not satisfied about 40 to 10 percent of availability of books. Furthermore, library opening hours about 65 percent of students are very satisfied similarly, fairly satisfied which 35 percent and 0 percent of students are not satisfied same as helpfulness of staff. In addition, availability of journals presents the 45 percent students very satisfied.
