The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart shows the breakdown of library users at a university, while table shows the satisfaction level regarding different library services.
Overall, full-time undergraduates formed the largest group of users. Satisfaction was highest for staff helpfulness, availability of books and opening hours while availability of journals and reliability of wi-fi received the most criticism.
Full-time undergraduates accounted for 44% library users, followed by full-time postgraduate at 25%. Part-time postgraduates made up 16%, while distance-learning and academic staff represent much smaller proportion at 8% and 7% respectively.
In term of satisfaction, 95% of users were satisfied with helpfulness of staff and 65% with opening hours with no one reporting dissatisfaction in either category. For books, 50% were very satisfied and 40% unsatisfied. Wi-fi and journals have low rating: 48% and 45% were very satisfied, but 19% and 20% are not satisfied.
In conclusion, undergraduates dominated library users and services like staff and hours are highly rated.
