The pie chart and table illustrates the information about the outcome of a survey of a university library uses by different types of users.
In an overview, it can be seen by the given data that, full-time undergraduate students using the library most where it is used least by academic staff. Almost half of undergraduate students, library used by full-time postgraduate scholars. Majority of students are showing a huge satisfaction ratio in staff behaviors and helpfulness. Where according by the given data, about availability of books, journals and reliability of wi-fi, the library should make improvement as almost equal numbers of students showing satisfaction in three different parts such as very satisfied, fairly and not satisfied.
Moreover,44% of full-time undergraduate students are using the university library were 25% of full-time postgraduate students and almost half of full-time scholars, part-time students are using the library. Distance learners and academic staffs are spending almost equal time to use it.
Furthermore, 95% of students are very satisfied to use the library whereas almost 20% students are not satisfied with the availability of journals and wi-fi.
