The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the proportions of different categories of library users, while the table shows their levels of satisfaction with five aspects of the library.
Overall, full-time undergraduates constituted by far the largest proportion of library users, whereas academic staff represented the smallest group. In terms of satisfaction, the helpfulness of staff received the most positive feedback, while journals and Wi-Fi had the highest levels of dissatisfaction.
Full-time undergraduates accounted for 44% of library users, followed by full-time postgraduates at 25%. Part-time postgraduates represented a further 16%, while distance learners and academic staff made up relatively small proportions, at 8% and 7% respectively. Thus, full-time students collectively comprised 69% of all users.
Regarding satisfaction, staff helpfulness was the strongest aspect, with 95% of users being very satisfied and the remaining 5% fairly satisfied. Opening hours also received positive feedback, as 65% were very satisfied and 35% fairly satisfied. By comparison, half of the users were very satisfied with the availability of books, while 40% were fairly satisfied and 10% dissatisfied. Satisfaction with journals was lower, with 45% very satisfied and 20% not satisfied. Similarly, 48% were very satisfied with Wi-Fi, while 19% expressed dissatisfaction.
