The chart and illustrates the outcome survey of library users at a university.
Overall, it can be seen that the full-time undergraduates recorded the highest library users, followed by full-time postgraduates. In terms of satisfaction, helpfulness of staff accounted for the highest, whereas reliability of wi-fi recorded the lowest.
Regarding the chart, full-time undergraduates recorded as the highest library users with a figure of 44%, closely followed by full-time postgraduates which accounted for 25%. Part-time postgraduates had 16%, while distance learning and academic staff were 8% and 7%, respectively.
Turning to the table, in helpfulness of staff, library users expressed very satisfied with a figure of 95% which was the highest in that category. In library opening, users showed fairly satisfied at 35%, compared to reliability of wi-fi at 33%. In addition, 20% and 19% of users expressed not satisfied in availability of journals and reliability of wi-fi. In contrast, 10% of users showed not satisfied in availability of books.
