THE PIE CHART AND THE TABLE ILLUSTRATE RESULTS OF A SURVEY OF LIBRARY USERS AT A UNIVERSITY.IT SHOWS THE DIFFERENT PROPORTION OF THE LIBRARY USERS AND PERCENTAGE OF THE STATISFACTION LEVEL FOR THE FACILITIES THERE RESPECTIVELY.
OVERALL, THE FULL-TIME UNDERGRADUATE ARE SIGNIFICANTLY USING LIBRARY THAN OTHERS, WHILE ITS USAGE IS LEAST AMONG THE ACADEMIC STAFF. LABRARY USERS ARE POTENTIALLY SATISFIED BY THE HELPFULLNESS OF STAFF,MEANWHILE IT IS NOT SATISFIED BY THE AVAILIBILTY OF JOURNALS.
THE PIE CHART DEMONSTRATES THAT UTILIZATION OF LIBRARY BY THE FULL-TIME UNDERGRADUATE IS THE GREATEST, AT 44%, TWICE IN PERCENTAGE COMPARED TO THE FULL-TIME POSTGRADUATE, HOWEVER THE DISTANCE LEARNER AND THE ACADEMIC STAFF EXPLORING THE LIBRARY AT A FAIRLY SAME PERCENTAGE.
THE TABLE COMPARES THE SATISFACTION LEVEL FOR THE VARIOUS LIBRARY FACILITIES AMONG THE USERS.
