The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar chart illustrates the results of survey among library users at a university.

Overall, full-time undergraduates students accounted for the largest category of library users. While academic staff represented the smallest group. In terms of satisfaction, helpfulness of staff recorded the largest percentage of satisfaction. Whereas, availability of journals and reliability of wi-fi accounted for the largest proportion of dissatisfaction.

Full-time undergraduate students represented the largest proportion of library users at 44%. This was followed by full-time postgraduate students and part-time postgraduate at 25% and 16% respectively. Distance learning for all courses at 8%. Whereas, Academic staff recorded the smallest group at 7%.

In terms of satisfaction, helpfulness of staff recorded the largest proportion at 95% very satisfied and 5% fairly satisfied with no dissatisfaction. This was followed by library opening hours represent 65% very satisfied with 35% fairly satisfied and zero dissatisfaction. While availability of journals and reliability of wi-fi accounted for the highest proportion of dissatisfaction among library users at 20% and 19% respectively.
