The provided pie chart and table illustrate the result of a survey of library users at a university. In the survey the categories of library users include full-time undergraduates, full-time post graduates, part-time postgraduates, distance learning from all courses and academic staff. Users' satisfactory level is measured in three levels; very satisfied, fairly satisfied and not satisfied based on the facilities provided in a university library.
Most of the library users are full time graduate students, occupying 44% of the area in pie chart. Distance learners among the all courses and academic staffs averagely share 7.5% of library usage, considering least users of library. Users from post-graduates divide into two categories, 25% of student use library for full time and 16% of student use library for part time.
It is clear from the table that 95% students are very satisfied by the staff service. Satisfaction percentage for availability of books are moderate, only 50% of the student are satisfied with it. Satisfaction percentage for reliable wi-fi service and availability of books are quite similar, nearly 50% student are satisfied with that, and majority from the rest feel fairly satisfied with the service. Opening hour feels very satisfied for 65% of the students.
