Overall , for chart full-time undergraduate accounted for the largest proportion of total users . Academic staff made up least percantage of total prefrences . For library users , library opening hours and helpfulness of staff There were no one who was dissatisfied.
Looking at the first chart , academic staff accounted for the smallest proportion, at 8% .while full time undergraduate accounted proportion at 44% . follwed by full time postgraduate at 25% an then part time postgraduate came up at 16% . Distance learning and academic staff were very similarly at %8 and 7% , respectively.
Looking at the library users satisfaction , most of the contentment were helpfulness of staff with 95% Following this library opening hours satisfaction percentage were %65. At the same time availability of book , availability of journals , reliability of wi-fi were similar percentage of 50% ,45%, 48% relatively .
