The pie chart and table illustrate the outcomes of a survey of library users at a university.
Overall, the percentage of people who used library is mention in pie chart. Mostly users are full-time postgraduate and only 7 percent users are the academic staff who used library. In case of satisfaction, major users are very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff. while availability of journals become a point of concern because 20 percent are not satisfied with this.
In the chart, result depict that 25% users are full-time postgraduate, 44% are full-time undergraduate. Part-time postgraduate uses library less and their percentage is 16. While, 8% are distance learning users and 7% are academic staff members.
Conversely, table gives data about users satisfaction. So, huge number of users are very satisfied with library opening hours. Similarly, 95 percent are very satisfied with staff. Availability of books and journals are the point of concern because 35 to 40 percent fairly satisfied with this while 10 to 20 percent are not satisfied. However, 48 percent users very satisfied with reliability of wifi while 19 percent are not-satisfied.
