The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the percentage of different categories of people using library which were included in a survey about their level of satisfaction and their responses are recorded in the given table.
By looking at the pie chart, we can see that library is mostly used by students who are enrolled in full-time undergraduate programs that is 44 percent followed by pupils doing post-graduation either full time or part-time making up 31 percent with 25 percent being full timer and 16 percent as part-timers. The academic staff has the least attendance comprising only 7 percent. 8 percent of users are taking remote classes.
The table shows that the users are most satisfied with 95 percent with the services of the staff and the satisfaction is also very high with the hours the library is opened with 65 percent very satisfied and 35 percent fairly satisfied. Half of the people are very satisfied with the availability of the books in the library while 40 percent shows some satisfaction. The availability of journals has the most dissatisfied response with 20 percent people while 19 percent were unhappy with the reliability of wi-fi service.
