The comparison between the categories of users and the satisfaction metrics is well-integrated. You covered all parts of the task effectively, providing a clear overview and supporting the main points with specific data points from the chart and table. The information is well-selected and logically presented, meeting the requirements for a high-band response.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.5
The response is logically organized, with a clear introduction, an overview, and two body paragraphs that group information thematically. The progression of ideas is smooth, moving from the user categories to the satisfaction levels. You used cohesive devices effectively, such as 'while,' 'in terms of,' 'regarding,' and 'in both cases,' which help guide the reader through the data. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate the two distinct data sets, ensuring the structure remains clear and easy to follow throughout the text.
Lexical Resource — Band 7.0

While the vocabulary is sufficient and accurate, incorporating a few more sophisticated synonyms or varied collocations could elevate the response further. Overall, the lexical control is strong, and there are no errors that impede communication.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 7.5
