The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the percentage of library users, while the table shows their satisfaction levels.

Overall, full-time undergraduates have the largest share, followed by full-time postgraduates, who have the second highest share. Meanwhile, library opening hours and helpfulness of staff receive the highest satisfaction levels.

Full-time undergraduates constitute 44% of the total, while full-time postgraduates account for 25%, compared with part-time postgraduates, whose proportion is only 16%. Academic staff and distance learning have the lowest shares among all categories of library users, at 7% and 8% respectively.

Library opening hours and helpfulness of staff have the highest satisfaction levels, at 65% and 95% respectively, while both categories have the lowest proportions of fairly satisfied users, at 35% and 5% respectively. Availability of books and journals have satisfaction scores of 50% and 45%, followed by reliability of wi-fi, whose percentage is 48%, with 33% fairly satisfied and 19% not satisfied. Similarly, the availability of books and journals has fairly satisfied scores of 40% and 35%, with 10% and 20% of users unsatisfied respectively.
