The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)
The pie chart gives the proportion of five different categories of library users of a university and table illustrates the data of satisfaction levels of users in percentages about five services of library.
Overall, full-time undergraduate countered the highest proportion while, academic staff marked the lowest portion. However, helpfulness of staff experienced the top number of percentage for vey satisfied. Fairly satisfied and not satisfied got highest votes for availability of books and availability of journals respectively.
In the pie graph, full-time undergraduates marked by 44% highest of all , followed by full-time postgraduates and part-time postgraduates by 25% and 16% respectively. Whereas, academic staff remain the lowest figure with only 7%. Distance learning (all courses) countered second least number just 8%.
Helpfulness of staff got the highest votes with 95% for very satisfied. For fairly satisfied the category availability of books marked high with 40%. However, for library opening hours and availability of journals both remained same in figure 35%. The highest not satisfaction is for category availability of journals with only 20%.
