The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart provides proportion of a categories of library users and the table shows data about user satisfaction at a university.
Overall, it is evident that a full time undergraduate occupied the largest proportion of a library and least categories of library users are an academic staff. Whereas library user are highly satisfied by helpfulness behavior of staff and not satisfied by the availability of journals.
Looking at the details, full time undergraduate covers the largest part of a library that is 44%. Full time postgraduate and part time postgraduate user used library by 16% and 25% respectively whereas the least users are academic staff and a distance learning categories that is 7% and 8% respectively.
The satisfaction of library user are considered to be high for helpfulness of staff by 95%. Whereas 20% users are not satisfied with the availability of journals. The library users are fairly satisfied with the availability of books by 40%. The users are equally fairly satisfied with library opening hours and availability of journals by 35%.
