The chart and table represent the result of survey of library users at university.
To begin with, the pie chart shows the 7% academic staff, 44% full-time undergraduate,who use library. 25% and 16% are full time and part time graduate students uses librery. Therefore, 8% distance learning( all courses) use library.
on the other hand, according to the table,65% user were very satisfied with the library hours, while 35% were fairly satisfied. 0% were not satisfied. in addition to, the highest satisfcation was for the helpfulness of staff with 95% being very satisfied, 35% fairly satisfied and o% not satisfied. half of the user, 50% were very satisfied with the availability of books, while 40% were fairly satisfied and 10% not satisfied.Regarding wi-fi availability 48% were very satisfied and 33% fairly satisfied,19% expressed dissatisfaction.The availability of journals received lowest rating with only 45% very satisfied and 20% not satisfied, whereas, 35% fairly satisfied.
overall, although, full time undergraduate made up the largest proportion of library user, while users were most satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, satisfaction was lowest availability of journals.
