The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.5)

The piechart gives information about the survey carried out at an unknown university on the following people: Full-time Undergraduates, Full-time Post graduates, Part-time Postgraduates, Distant learners and Academic staff. Also, the table illustates the level of satisfaction they attain while using the Library.

Overall, the Students undergoing full time studies used the Library the most while the Lecturers barely visits the University Library. On the other hand, greater number of Users showed amazing level of satisfaction towards the library amenities.

44% of the library users are the full tume undergraduates which is almost half of the entire proportion. 25% and 16% of the library occupants are full time and part time postgraduates respectively which shows that they are not so interested. Those who engage in distant learning didn't seem to like visiting the university library and same goes to the lecturers themselves with the both showing a proportion of 8 and 7% respectively.

95 out of 100 users were satisfied with the kind of help they get from the staff with 5 being fairly satisfied and no one being dissatisfied. This is closely similar to how thwy reacted towards the library opening hours due to the fact that no one was also dissatisfied. 10 users show a level of dissatisfaction towards the availability of books. 20 and 19 people respectively are dissatisfied with the availability of journals and reliability of the library wifi.
