The data illustrates in the given image shows the verdict of a survey of individuals use library at a university.
The most individuals are enrolled in Full-time Undergraduate program with the ratio of 44 Percent in contrast the least number of students enrolled is in Academic Staff with ratio of 7%, while there are other categories such as Distance learning for all courses with ratio of 8%, Part-Time Postgraduate with 16% and Full-Time Postgraduate with 25%.
So, to rate library users satisfaction, Alot of them are satisfied with the assistance of library staff in addition how the library opens on time. There are some mixed reviews about the availability of books and Journals However many are satisfied or fairly satisfied with it, Availability of wi-fi have both positive and negative reviews. For Instance, 48% of Users are have given positive reviews although only 19% of users are not satisfied with the reliability of Wi-fi
To conclude, Overall library users are very much satisfied with the library.
