The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The chart illustrates the results of a survey of library users at a university.

overall, a wide range of people using library including students and working professionals and most of them are feeling satisfied with library services.

Initially, half of the users of the library were undergraduate students which is around 44% and 25% of the users are full time postgraduate. And 16% of the users are part time post graduate and 8% of the users are distance learning and only 7% of the users are academic staff. However, library has a huge amount of users so there was a survey for user satisfaction.

Secondly, the users report was very good for library hours 65% of users feels very satisfied. There is a massive users almost 95% of users are satisfied on staff helpfulness and on availability of books 50% of audience feel satisfied and 45% on availability of journals and 48% on reliability of WIFI.
