Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0

You have successfully identified and reported the main features of both the pie chart and the table. You provided a clear overview and supported your points with accurate data from the prompt. The comparison between the user categories and the satisfaction ratings is well-handled. To reach a higher band, ensure that you integrate the data more fluidly rather than listing percentages in separate sentences. For instance, instead of stating percentages in isolation, you could group them to highlight trends or contrasts more effectively. Overall, you have covered all requirements of the task well.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.0

The response is logically organized with a clear introduction, overview, and body paragraphs. You use cohesive devices such as 'Moreover', 'In addition to this', 'On the other hand', and 'Conversely' to guide the reader through the information. The progression of ideas is smooth, moving from the user demographics to the satisfaction levels. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate the two distinct data sets. The referencing is generally clear, though some transitions could be made more sophisticated to avoid a slightly mechanical feel in the structure.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.5

You demonstrate a sufficient range of vocabulary to convey information accurately. Phrases like 'occupy the highest proportion', 'maximum proportion of users', and 'avail the services' are appropriate for this task. There are no significant spelling or word-choice errors that impede communication. To improve, try to incorporate more varied synonyms for 'percentage' or 'proportion' and use more precise collocations when describing data trends, such as 'account for' or 'constitute' instead of repeating 'occupy' or 'consist of'.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.5

Your grammar is generally accurate, and you use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures effectively. Most of your sentences are error-free, which allows for clear communication. There are minor issues, such as 'users belonging from' which should be 'users belonging to' or 'users consisting of'. Additionally, the phrasing 'There are 0% of people who are not satisfied' is slightly awkward; a more natural phrasing would be 'None of the users expressed dissatisfaction with...'. Overall, your control of grammar is strong, with only occasional slips.
