The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The chart illustrates the outcomes of a survey happened at a university.

Overall, full-time graduates show significantly higher percentages compare to other categories. However, in the case of library user satisfaction, people are very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff.

As it is represented in the pie chart that full-time undergraduate students have high value approximately 44 percent. Notably, full-time postgraduate are 25 percent. In the case of part-time post graduate, it has 16 percent users at university. other two categories are least common like academic staff and distance learning and it shows approximately 7 and 8 percent people respectively.

In addition, in a table library users also give some satisfaction levels. Mostly people are very satisfied with helpfulness of staff that is around 95 percent and just 5 percent are fairly satisfied. however, 0 are unsatisfied.

More users are fairly satisfied with availability of books around 40 percent. Users are very satisfied by availability of journals and reliability of wi-fi approximately 45 and 48 percent. almost similar number of users are fairly satisfied 35 and 33 percent for them.

Moreover, for library opening hours 65 people are more happy and 35 are fairly and 0 are not satisfied.
