The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie graph illustrates the survey results of different categories of people using library at a university. Moreover, the table depicts the proportion of users satisfied from different library amenities, in percentage.

Overall, full- time undergraduates were the highest user of library, whereas least were academic staff. Furthermore, helpfulness of staff shown maximum rate of very satisfied individuals.

Across all categories, the peak users of library were the full-time undergraduate at 44%, followed by full-time graduate at a quarter. Conversely, the least user rate were seen for academic staff at 7%. Additionally, the rate of post-time postgraduates was 16%, which is double as compared to distance learning individuals.

The proportion of individuals who were very satisfied with helpfulness of staff stood highest at 95% and 5% who were fairly satisfied, followed by library opening hours at 65% very satisfied, and 35% fairly satisfied. Moreover, the rate of very satisfied individuals ranged from 45% to 50% for availability of books, journals and reliability of wi-fi. However, the maximum fairly satisfaction rate was for books at 40%. Lastly, the rate of not satisfied were at 10% for availability of books, whereas it was twice for journals and wi-fi reliability at approximately 20%.
