The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the proportions of different categories of library users, while the table shows their satisfaction levels with various aspects of the library.
Overall, full-time undergraduates constituted the largest proportion of library users, whereas academic staff accounted for the smallest percentage. In terms of satisfaction, staff helpfulness received the most positive feedback, while the availability of journals had the highest proportion of dissatisfied users.
Full-time undergraduates made up 44% of library users, followed by full-time postgraduates at 25%. Part-time postgraduates represented 16%, while distance-learning students accounted for 8%. Academic staff were the smallest group, at just 7%.
Regarding satisfaction, 95% of users were very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, with only 5% being fairly satisfied and none dissatisfied. Library opening hours also received largely positive feedback, with 65% very satisfied and the remaining 35% fairly satisfied. Half of the users were very satisfied with the availability of books, although 10% were not satisfied. The figures for journals were less favourable, as only 45% were very satisfied and 20% were dissatisfied. Finally, 48% were very satisfied with Wi-Fi reliability, while 19% expressed dissatisfaction.
