The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the difference categories of library users at a university, while the table shows their level of satisfaction with various library services.
Overall, full-time undergraduates accounted for the largest proportion of library users, whereas academic staff represented the smallest group. In term of satisfaction, the helpfulness staff received the highest rating, which availability of journals had the lowest proportions of very satisfied users.
Full-time undergraduates made up a largest group of library users, at a 44%. This was followed by full-time postgraduate users who accounted for 25%. Part-time postgraduate represented a 16% of users, while distance learning and academic staff relatively small proportion, at 8% and 7% respectively.
Regarding library services, staff helpfulness recorded the highest level of satisfaction, with 95# of users being very satisfied and the remaining 5% fairly satisfied. Opening hours also received a positive response, with 65% being very satisfied. For the availability of books, 50% were very satisfied, compared with 45% for journals.
Finally, wi-fi reliability had 48% of users very satisfied, while 19% were not satisfied.
