The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The chart illustrate the library users at a university and describe it in a categories of library users.

Overall, in the pie chart contribution of each user define, where full-time undergraduate users have large participation around 44%, Therefore, second most participation is from full-time postgraduate who accounted around 25%. The least participation in from Academic staff and Distance learning(all courses) faculty their count is 7% and 8% each. However, Part-time postgraduate remain moderate their participation is about 16%

In Contrast, we analyse the library user satisfaction so we are surprised because people who are very satisfied with opening hours of library is 65%, fairly satisfied around 35% and no one is not satisfied which is overall good for students. Where some students rate the helpfulness of staff is 95% and 5% fairly satisfied with them no student is not satisfied with the staff. where the lowest satisfaction recorded is about availability of journals 45% students very satisfied and 35% were fairly satisfied and 20 are not satisfied which is quite concerning and in the last reliability of WiFi and availability of book remain moderate 48% to 50% students satisfied, 33% to 35% fairly satisfied and 20% to 19% not satisfied.
