The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart provides information about library users whereas the table illustrates data about satisfaction based on different factors at a university.
Overall, the dominant category in pie chart is "full-time graduates" which makes up nearly half of the chart whereas the most minor contribution is by "academic staff". Users of library are highly satisfied by "helpfulness of staff" and least satisfied by the "availability of journals".
The category of "full-time graduates" contribute 44% to the proportion of pie chart which is the highest proportion whereas the smallest proportion is contributed by "academic staff". Moreover, "full-time postgraduate" make up 25% of the library users percentage. "Part-time postgraduates" constitute 18% of the pie chart becoming the third highest category to contribute. A small proportion of 8% is taken up by "Distance learning" users.
About 95 users are very satisfied and 5 users are fairly satisfied by helpfulness of staff making it the most satisfied service in library. "Library opening hours" is the only other category except "helpfulness of staff" to have zero not satisfied visitors with 65 very satisfied and 35 fairly satisfied. Twenty visitors of library are not satisfied by the availability of journals making it the least satisfied category. Similarly, "reliability of wi-fi" has 19 not satisfied individuals who visit library. Lastly, fifty people are very satisfied and ten are not satisfied by the "availability of books" in library.
