The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given pie chart illustrates the outcomes of a survey conducted with students who visit the library at a university

Overall, it can be inferred from the chart that the majority of the users are Full-time undergraduates whereas, academic staff are least . A glance at the table reveals that consumers are very much satisfied with helpfulness of the staff but are really disappointed with the availability of journals.

Full time undergraduates occupy the highest percent of the chart for 44% however, when comparing with full time undergraduates there are only 25% of full time postgraduates. Part- time postgraduates entails for 16% . Academic staff and distance learning entail for almost the same amount with a negligible difference which is 7% and 8%

Regarding library user satisfaction, 95% of respondents reported being "Very satisfied" with staff helpfulness, with the remaining 5% "Fairly satisfied" and none expressing dissatisfaction. Library opening hours also scored highly, with 65% very satisfied and no dissatisfied users. Conversely, availability of journals recorded the highest dissatisfaction rate at 20%, closely followed by Wi-Fi reliability at 19% and book availability at 10%.
