The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart and table illustrate the outcome of a library users survey conducted at a university.

Overall, the proportion of full-time undergraduate students is the highest in using library, whilst the least percentage is of academic staff. Moreover, in the context of library user satisfaction, most of the people are much satisfied by the helpfulness of the staff, whereas, availability of journals has the lowest fraction of satisfaction.

Among all the categories of library users, Full-time undergraduates account for the maximum percentage of 44% and is followed by full-time postgraduates, which have the share of 25% in the use of library. Part-time undergraduates have the percentage of 16%, while distance learning and academic staff have almost the same proportion of library usage (8% and 7% respectively).

In the case of library user satisfaction, Helpfulness of staff accounts for the highest proportion (95% and 5%) of very satisfied and fairly satisfied people respectively. On the other hand, students and academic staff are not much satisfied by the availability of journals, for which only 45% of people around university are very satisfied and has 35% and 20% ratio of fairly and not satisfied people. Moreover, library opening hours has a very satisfied ratio of 65% and having fairly satisfied percentage of 35%. Availability of books and reliability of Wifi have very satisfied proportion of 50% and 48% respectively, where former has 40% fairly satisfied and 10% not satisfied students and later has 33% fairly satisfied and 19% not satisfied people in the university.
