The pie chart depicts information about the categories of library user and table illustrates about the facilities satisfaction rate in survey of a library in a particular university.
Overall, it is clear that full-time undergraduates accounted for the highest percentage of library users and most of library users were very satisfied with library facilities.
There were five categories of library users and highest proportion accounted for Full-time undergraduates about 44%, followed by full-time postgraduates, which were 25%. On the other hand, part-time postgraduates made up the 16% of library users, while distance learning of all courses represented 8% and academic staff accounted for 7% of library users.
Most of users were very satisfied with library timing, accounted for 65% and remaining were fairly satisfied. 95% of library user very happy with staff helpfulness and 5% were accounted for fairly satisfied. Half of library users were strongly satisfied with availability of books and 40% were fairly satisfied, while 10% were not satisfied with that facility. About the availability journals, 45% were very satisfied and 35% were fairly satisfied, whereas 20% represented not satisfied and this facility accounted for the highest dissatisfaction among all. 48% were very satisfied with data connection at library, while 33% were fairly satisfied and 19% were totally not satisfied with speed of data connection.
