The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Categories of library users

The pie chart represents the different categories of library users and the table shows the information about the satisfaction of library users.
Overall, there are five different types of people who visits library. The highest proportion of users are full-time undergraduates, whereas academic segment makes the smallest proportion. helpfulness of staff has highest approval by the users.
Full-time undergraduates are having the highest percentage compare to other categories, the second most visitors are full-time postgraduate students, occupying about the quarter share of total users. Distance learners and academic staff having the least percentage of share. about sixteen percentage of users are part time postgraduates. Majority f the visitors are students.
The library measures satisfactory levels by using four criterias. The highest satisfaction is seen in helpfulness of staff, of about 95% of the users are very satisfied. The least satisfied criteria is availability of jornals, of only about 45% are fully satisfied.
