The bar chart and table provide data about the results of a survey of library visitors at a university.

Overall, the full-time undergraduates had the largest share for using the library, while the academic staff showed less interest in visiting the library. Most library visitors are satisfied with the helpfulness of library staff and least satisfied with the availability of journals.

Firstly, for visiting the library, the full-time undergraduates had the largest share with 44%, while the full-time postgraduates had a participation of 25%. Additionally, the part-time graduates accounted for 16%, as compared to the distance learning category, which contributed 8%, and the academic staff class had the lowest proportion of 7%.

Furthermore, most visitors of the library were satisfied with the helpfulness of the staff, which represented 95%, while the library opening hours and the availability of books stood at 65% and 50%, respectively. The reliability of Wi-Fi and availability of journals categories contributed 48% and 45%, respectively. Only the library opening hours and the helpfulness of staff were the classes in which no user showed dissatisfaction. In contrast, 20 users were not satisfied with the availability of journals, which had the highest proportion related to the "not satisfied" section.
