The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)
The pie chart depicts the categories of library users and the table presents the data on satisfaction of library users at a university.
Overall, in the pie charts their is a highest ratio of the undergradutes who are using library. While the lowest proportion is recorded for the academic staff. Maximum students or learners loved the staff of the library, while the availaibility of books is disappointing for them.
About 44% of undergraduate students are using the library for their researchs and studies, the postgraduates are also more likely to use library, which is 25% respectively. Moreover, the academic staff have not much interest in using libraries for their work and it is the least percentage of library users that is 7%.
In table there are there different levels of satisfaction is presented, they can express the benefits of library for them in different levels like very satisfied, fairly satisfied and not satisfied.The journals are rarely available which is about 20% and the staff is very helpul ,so the students and teachers are impressed with them which is about 95%. About 40% are less satisfied by the varities of books and the books additions in library at a university.
