Overall, full-time undergraduates make up the largest proportion of library users, while academic staff and distance learners account for the smallest shares. In terms of satisfaction, users are most satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, whereas the availability of journals and Wi-Fi receives comparatively lower ratings.

Almost half of the library users are full-time undergraduates, accounting for 44% of the total. Full-time postgraduates represent 25%, while part-time postgraduates account for 16%. The remaining users are distance learners and academic staff, at 8% and 7%, respectively.

Users were most satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, with 95% being very satisfied and only 5% fairly satisfied. Similarly, 65% were very satisfied with the library's opening hours, while 35% were fairly satisfied. Neither category received any negative feedback. By contrast, the availability of journals and the reliability of Wi-Fi received comparatively lower satisfaction ratings. Regarding the availability of journals, 45% of users were very satisfied, 35% were fairly satisfied, and 20% were not satisfied. Similarly, 48% were very satisfied with the reliability of Wi-Fi, compared with 33% who were fairly satisfied and 19% who were not satisfied. The availability of books received generally positive feedback, with 50% of users being very satisfied, 40% fairly satisfied, and only 10% not satisfied.
