The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie cart illustrates the proportion of the library user categories in a university while the table shows the satisfaction levels by percentage using 5 kinds of parameters.
Overall, the highest proportion was taken by full -time undergraduates to use the library whereas the lowest composition recorded by academic staff in that particular university to use the library. Users are mostly satisfied with the staff helpfulness as well as users expressed their dissatisfaction for journals availability.........
Full time undergraduates are the people who utilized the library recording the larhest percentage of 44% followed by, full time postgraduates at 25% and part time postgraduates at 16% respectively. The least composition stood at 8% which was experienced by distance learning users to access the library.
In terms of satisfaction levels, library users are mostly satisfied with the helpfulness of staff at 95%. Library opening hours followed at 65% which recorded as the second highest in very satisfied column. It had been recorded the same level fairly satisfaction percentage of 35% for both library opening and journals availability.
