The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Categories of library users
Student answer (Band 6.0)
The given chart categorises various people who attend library.While,the table shows proportion of how much a user is satisfied at a library.Both of these are are a result of a survey done on library users at a university.
Overall, in the chart, the largest share of full-time undergraduate opposes to the smallest share of academic staff. At a quick glance on the table we see mostly users are quiet satisfied with different services.
To begin with , in categories , we can see 44 % are full-time undergraduate while full-time postgraduates stand at only 25% . A significant decrease is seen in number of users who are part- time graduates which is 16%. Furthermore, the smallest share is held by distance learning and academic staff (8% and 7% respectively)
In terms of table, learners are mostly delighted by how helpful staff is . The percentage of satisfaction is 95% and fairly satisfaction is 5% which means everyone is relieved by the service of staff.But issues are seen on availability of journals where 20 % users are not satisfied and 45% users are satisfied.
