The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)
This data are divided into 2 form, the first one is pie chart. It illustrates five distinctive groups of library users. There are full-time undergraduate, full-time postgraduate, part-time post graduate, distance learning, and academic staff. Then the second one is a table. It shows 5 categories of their satisfaction services in library, which are opening time, staff helpfulness, books availability, journals avaliability, and wi-fi reliability.
According to the pie chart, the highest number of users came from full-time undergraduate. And the lowest number are academic staff. Based on table below, most of users satisfied with staff services. However the complitness of journals became the first issue.
The majority of library visitor was coming from student both undergraduate and postgraduate with full-time undergraduate had 44%. Then postgraduate separated as full-timer and part-timer at 25% and 16%. And the minority are from distance learner and academic staff at 8% and 7%.
Almost 100% visitors agreed to satisfied with staff helpfulness and library opening hours. However 95% users really satisfied with staff services, and the 5% of users felt fairly satisfied. On the other hand, library opening hours only got 65% with full satisfactions, and followed with 35% of fairly satisfied. Journals complitness and wi-fi reliability donated the majority of displease from users with 20% anf 19%.
