The pie chart and the table illustrates the outcome of a questionare of library students at a tertiary educational institute.
Overall, total four categories are of library users. Full-time undergratued accounted for the largest proportion, whereas Academic staff represented for the smallest share. For library user satisfication percentage, Helpfulness of staff had the highest value in terms of very satisfied and avaliability of journals stood at the lowest level .
Full-time undergraduate accounted for the largest share, at 44%, followed by full-time post-graduate, which represented25%. By comparison, Part-time postgraduate made up 16%, while distance learning constitued 8%. Academic staff made up the lowest percentage to 7%.
Liberary opening hours recorded the figure around 65% in very satisfied , while helpfulness of staff stood at the highest level at 95%. Availability of journal reamined the lowest at 45%. For fairly satisfied, availability of books recoeded the highest fidure at 40%, followed by Library opening hours and availability of journals at 35%. While realiablity of wi-fi stood at 19% in not satisfied column recording the second highest figure.
