The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the proportion of people using the library at the institute and the table presents the satisfaction level of different library users.

Overall, there are five types of library users full time students (undergraduate & postgraduate) contribute almost 69% of total users while the remaining 29% are part time postgraduate, distance learner and university staff. where table shows the satisfactory level of each group into three categories.

Firstly, all the users are very satisfied (65%) of library opening hours and 35% are fairly satisfied. Almost, all of the users (95%) are very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff while only 5% were fairly satisfied with astonishing 0% were not satisfied.

on the other hand, nearly 50% were very satisfied with the availability of books, journals and reliability of wi-fi where 10% to 20% were not satisfied at all because if the unavailability of of books, journals and stable wi-fi connections.
