The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The table shows which type of people use library and also their satisfaction percentage in the library according to different factors.
The categories of library user includle five type of people first type is full-time undergraduate which mostly use library 44%,second is full-time postgraduate which use library 25%,third is part-time postgraduate which use library 16%,fourth is distance learning (all courses) use library 8% and last is academic staff use the library 7%.
The five things by which the user of library are satisfied or not include library opening hours by which 65% of user are satisfied and 35% are fairly satisfied and no one not satisfied,helpfulness of staff by which 95% of user are satisfied and 5% are fairly satisfied and 0% not satisfied,availability of books by which 50% are satisfied,40% are fairly satisfied and 10% are not satisfied,availibilty of journals 45% are very satisfied,35% are fairly satisfied and 20% are not satisfied,reliability of wifi 48% are very satisfied while 33% are fairly satisfied and 19% are not satisfied.
