The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The picture illustrates the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Firstly, categories of library users academic staff use library 7%. full time undergraduate is 44% and full time postgraduate is 25% and part time postgraduate use library 16% and distance learning all courses is 8%.

Secondly, satisfaction of library user is 65 % user very satisfied on opening hours and 35% fairly satisfied and 0% is not satisfied and users 95% very satisfied for staff and 5% is fairly satisfied and 0% id not satisfied. For the availability of books 50% user very satisfied and and users who fairly satisfied in availability of books is 40% and the 10% of user is not satisfied on books availability and 45% users are very satisfied for journals and 35% is fairly satisfied and 20% is not satisfied and at the last 48% users are very satisfied on reliability of wifi and 33% users fairly satisfied in wifi and 19% users is not satisfied on reliability of wifi.
